Due to the Property Management’s new software integration to Vantaca from AppFolio,

please be advised of the following payment options available to homeowners.

PAYMENT BY CHECK

If you are paying by check, please mail your payment to:

Please make your check payable to The Bon Bini Condominium Association and include your unit number or account information with your payment to ensure it is properly credited to your account.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Homeowners may also make payments through the Property Management’s new payment

system:

• Auto Draft: FREE — No processing fee. Located under the payments tab.

• eCheck: $2.99 processing fee per transaction.

• Credit Card: 3.99% processing fee per transaction.

We encourage homeowners who prefer automatic payments to consider enrolling in Auto

Draft, which is available at no additional cost.

PAYMENT DUE DATE

The upcoming Association payment is due September 10, 2026. There are no late fees for

September 2026.

If paying by check, please allow sufficient time for your payment to be received and processed.

Payments should be mailed directly to the address listed above.
